I feel your pain Grizz when you are so close, and yet so far away. I do the same thing driving to B.C roughly 4 times a month. I drive past some of the best looking fishing spots you could imagine. The Nipigon River is one of them. I'm going to make it to the river's edge this spring for some spec's for sure. Pic's to follow :D. That guy you are working for sure has a nice sit up. He's even got the nice boat lift and dock. Wondering if he has a bigger boat than the one that's on the shore.

Wow griz, that some nice finishing work! What is the deal with the size of that door jam? Why is that wall so thick? It's an interior wall too by look of it.

isnt that crazy. you would not believe these people scott........ this is actually the second house after the first one was framed up they desided it was too small so they bulldozed it down and burnt it all up on the beach and then just started a new one.. mind you this is all done with drawn plan..... anyways that room was suposed to be a proch hence the 2x6 wall..... long story short even with the second set of plans they have now turned the porches into rooms times 3 lol..... I swear its the craziest job ive ever taken on these people have no vision. plans are useless until they can see it they have no idea what it is or what they really want . job has gone over 1.5 million and only half finished in actuallity its a 350.000 house thats costed them big time with all the changes lol what you cant see is way above is a gerage that was gonna be a two story with an upstairs apartment after all the framing and roof laid they decided they didnt want the thing what they wanted was a place down by the lake...... a smart person would have just kept going but these people just took down the top half of the gerage that was already built and burned that lumber up as well lol

Hey Grizz,

Going to see if I can get the Grand Slam out of storage this week. Going to Ringwood to clip salmon fry on saturday.
I want to get the drain plugs in the manifolds refitted, change the gimble bearing, service the engines and she ready to go. Maybe a little wash job if we have a warm day.

Rods & tackle are ready.

Pumped yet ?

Al
