Well that's a whole different story, I bet there's a bulletin issued on that to from CBSA if you search hard enough..... I guess using "Anchor Lock" on your I-Pilot comes into question too...hmmmm.

It's too bad that CBSA didn't leave well enough alone. Despite what the law said, for years it was generally accepted that if we didn't land on US soil and the Americans didn't land on Canuck soil that all was fair and we could all fish border waters in harmony. They sure have f'ed that up haven't they???
