If it's illegal or not in accordance with a bylaw, why is an old man yapping from shore? It's real simple Pops, warn them if you like, but pick up the phone and call the police or the bylaw officials and the let them do their job. The way he goes on, I think he knows (and I'm sure those that posted signs in the harbour know) that when push comes to shove, any angler in a boat in the harbour casting a line is well within their rights to do so. Land is owned to the water point, after that, it's all crown.
