Quinte Fishing

The only problem I have is in our area, eastern Ontario, you would only be allow to use personally trapped minnows on the body of water they were trapped, no over land transport. That pretty much eliminates trapping your own minnows because as anyone who has success trapping minnows knows, its ponds & creeks that provide the best trapping locations, not lakes. If this section is eliminated Iam all for this change.

Let's remember this is a government that has never seen a tax dollar they didn't like tossing into a black hole or to their buddies. They've largely ignored anglers and hunters for 14 years other than to write crap down and pat themselves on the back. 14 years of neglect and now they want us to think of them as the ultimate Master Baiters? Not as far as fish and game goes anyway.
