We go for the walleye in Quinte early in the season, but after last year catching over 76lbs of Salmon in a two day derby where you could only weigh the top four fish on June 17th &18th we will be out for the Salmon earlier this year. I suspect the Salmon were there near the first of June, but nobody was fishing. The derby was to get the fisherman out there early I suspect they will be holding it even earlier this year. :lol:
