Brad - I'd love to take you out. I'll be hitting Loughby March 2 onwards. 10 fish days per person are common. I practice catch and release, and keep my 2 if only nec.

If by West Basin you mean the area right close to the launch off sydenham...ice is 12"-14", 8" of that is black. Was slushy this morning, was all water by this afternoon. Take your ice skates if you are going out tomorrow. The water was running into the holes like a sink drain.

My last trip 2 years ago I skated to my spot with a buddy off Divison LOL. Fishing was slow, so we saucer passed the puck around all afternoon.
