I think it was a good call. Adds a little diversity to the tournaments too. Im really looking forward to popping my QFS cherry so to speak.

I think some guys that feel they would be more competetive if it was a Bay only tourny , believe that you just head out to the lake and BOOM, you come back with 22lbs. As someone who just joined the 21' boat club, let me tell you. It is not that easy. I wanted to be more competetive, so i started fishing the big water. Well to be honest with you , i was more competetive my first year fishing the bay. After coming back to the scales with only 4 fish or less a few times....spending huge money on gas and oil .. These teams that come back with the big weight are GOOD fishermen. They will come in with big bags even if they fish the bay! I gambled with the lake and lost....but dam, i had fun trying. Ryan is right on the money here. Just don't worry about the guyz fishing the big water. Find your own fish and fish your own syle, have fun , and you will do just fine!

there used to be tournaments for horsepower limited entries, I believe less than 100 hp.
Could there be 2 divisions in the Quinte series, so we could hang with the big guys but not break the bank or the boat?

Exactly
