Holy snapping Arse holes, was that cold or what? -21 and a north wind, making F---ing Brrrrrrrrrrrr.

Got out this morning early to Huffs, about 10 vehs. Went north towards Deseronto about 600 yds off the ramp, even took 2 other guys new to the area. I had 4 through the hole, 2 small and 2 decent keepers, and missed a good hit before being called away, sucks being on call. Alll this in 3 hours. For some of you that may be slow, but they were marking on the Vex and hitting hard.

Back out tomorrow AM again.

why doesnt anyone fish the south side of the bridge?????too much current????just askin...aand so long 4 now;john

If it's similar to Deseronto, the current is fast and the ice is never consistant in thickness. Here today and dangerous tomorrow.

I found a few areas that I'm happy in and stick with those. There is soooooooooo much ice to cover on the Bay, one couldn't do it in a life time. Your choice.

it was bitter out there this morning....you must not have been set up too far from us.....i only got 1 and it was the only bite i had between 8 and noon

there is usually a big pressure crack spot in the middle that opens up very early between the dew drop on palace rd and the PEC side of the bay bridge not sure how safe it is to cross but im sure theres a way to get there from the PEC side
