Went out for a fish after work. Bite was slow but I did manage one 2 lber and missed a couple of swipes. The ice is starting to get slushy in spots and there are real dangerous patches. In one spot the slush was turning the snow on top wet and when I tested it with my spud it only took 2 jabs and I was through. I stopped and backed off that area. This happened a few times. Be Very Careful! or better yet hit somewhere else with safer ice. A fish just aint worth it.

I was in the crowd fishing straight out from the lane way on the north east side of the bridge.
