Quinte Fishing

Hi, I am new to this site. I have ice fished a few times on Quinte. We only caught some perch and a mud puppy. I am coming up for the fall bite and was wondering if anyone has tried slide divers. I mainly fish for Salmon and Trout out in the Lake. By far my best stealth method for catching those toothy critters. I have watched many episodes on Real Fishing and would love to come prepared to catch some beautiful Quinte monsters.
