Quinte Fishing

I organize a fishing group of approximately 30 guys every year out of the Durham Celtic Club in Whitby Ontario, we are looking at going to the bay of quinte and im hoping someone might know of a resort that might be able to accomodate a group of this size. I will state up front that a group of this size is hard to manage and that some resorts would find it a trifle loud and noisy. They are a harmonious group who tend to be a bit vocal and enjoy their beer. If anyone has a suggestion of the positive nature it would be appreciated
