Fished from 10 - 4 today mostly in the Picton Bay area. One fish caught on a Blue Fox High Back Minnow in Firetiger using a 1 1/2 ounce snap on weight. Was 29" and I estimate between 10 or 11 lbs, my first double digit eye! Was caught by the red buoy by the ferry where the little island and the mainland are, in 50 feet of water. Unfortunately, in all our excitement and hurry to get her back in the water, my buddy forgot to tell me to take off my goggles  They're a Godsend by the way in the cold. :D Was marking quite a few fish and schools of baitfish there. The weather was fantastic! There were quite a few boats on the water today with most of them in the Reach off of Thompson's again. Will be back up next weekend from Fri - Sun to close out my softwater season. Hope to see you all on the water!

Great job Ken, glad to see you catch your biggest, I have a feeling you'll catch bigger before the ice comes. Maybe I'll see ya out there next week, hoping to get up there this coming Friday till Tuesday.

CONGRATULATIONS KEN

Breaking the double digit mark is a feat that is hard to do and when you do it, it is an achievement remembered for life

Ken, your prediction came true. Well done lad. You've been busting your buns out there this fall, bet it felt great to land that that double digit fish. Hope to help a good friend top his person best this week, but weather's lookin' a tad ugly. Might have to cut out of work early and head out this afternoon for a few hours.
Cheers,
