Yeah....doing a fishing show is a lot different than you would think. I kept catching bass, and big ones at that!

Being out of season and wanting to get them back ASAP, much to the chagrin of the producer, I refused to have them recorded.

In the last shot and with the biggest fish, we were just motoring out of Portsmouth Harbour when Jamie took a cast...hence my rally cap.

I just moved to Kingston as well, have been to Kingston mills a number of times with limited success, want to try out some other spots, the floating bridge local sounds interesting, but when I do a google maps search it looks gated off...is it legal to fish here or is It private property...I live off hwy 15 so don't want to drive all the way down if it's a no-no to fish there!! :)

Any tips on rigging, lures or techniques to use at Kingston mills...just getting into fishing for first time since I was a kid using worms/bobbers!!

If u mean the floating bridge west of amherstview it is not gated. Fished there many times. Bass pike and walleye. The dock for the Amherst island ferry is a great spot at night also.

The biggest pike in that video was casting distance from the gas pump in Portsmouth Harbour.

The others were all caught along the shore of Elevator / Dupont Bay.

Good luck and please post results and if you're willing, new found places to shore fish. It's getting harder and harder to find shore you can fish and especially areas that hold any fish.

Cheers
