The Bay of Qunite is in the Northern climit so the growing season is shorter but the fact that there is lots of baitfish for them allows them to grow faster than inland lakes in Ontario.

Hey Mike , great links. I was particularly interested in seeing the blue walleye. I've caught a lot of them in Quebec and it's hard to explain to people that they do indeed exist. The colour is awesome coming out of the water. They seem to taste a tad better too. Enjoyed it...thanks...
