Geez ums... Ice already?!?!?!

Dan, lock this guys account!!!

Only Jesus was meant to walk on water. I'm sticking to a boat!!! Ice was meant for drinks and bruises as a wise man once said.

Haha I can't wait ! Last week all I could think was I'm marking this spot, I'm marking that spot for ice time lol. Don't get me wrong I love the open water, I got a top 5 in my first tourny on rice lake, however nothing beats waiting for your spoon to get slammed. It's a horrible addiction

Maverick,

The way I interpret the Good Lords Will into this is goes like so. He made us naked. So if we have to wear cloths to stay warm, I don't think the Good Lord made us to live there.

My friend to go ice fishing you need to wear your bed sheets and comforter over your bloody float suit. It just aint meant to be. I'm telling you I'll stick to a boat.

Dan, lock this thread and ban these yahoos from our fine community of reasonable angling friends. Kids read this forum they don't need to see this nonsense.

I prefer the boat but if the good lord gives you lemons you make lemonade. If he gives you limes though, you make margaritas!

I LOVE IT. Can't wait to get out and pop some holes. I am not a big fan of winter with all the snow and cold but i must say that there is just something about the hard water fishing that seems very spiritual to me.

Somebody PM The Rev!!! We need a revival!!!!

These guys are nuts!!!!

There is nothing fun about sitting on your arse on bucket freezing your God Given boys off staring down a stinking hole in frozen water waiting for a fish to swim by.

When I retire it will be in the south somewhere on a secluded cresent beach. I'll have a hammock between two coconut trees. 2 or 3 little cabinas and a 36' twin engine charter boat mored in my natural harbour. I'll run charters 3 or 4 days a week and enjoy cold Imperial as the sun goes down. Now that boys is the way the Good Lord meant it to be.

I agree with scott, i think these guys are nuts, they must still be high from all the walleye slime last winter.. or there nuts must of got frozzen to the ice and the liked it... lol
i hope the cold weather never comes, i hope it stays like plus 10 all winter..... sorry guys, but i will offer open seats to those that dont have boats..
I do ice fish probly close to twice a week when it comes, but thats only because i have a serious fishing adition, fishing is my crack, and i go nuts with out it.... if i only had a jet and could fly down florida twice a week in the winter to go fishing i would be set... hmm...
