Thinking about heading up to the Picton area the september long weekend. What's the fishing like in the bay area this time of year? Usually up late may but thought about heading up this time of year. Any information would be great thanks.

If you're looking for the bigger Fall Eyes, you're about a month and a bit early. I'm sure there's fish in the area, just like any other place at that time of year. Primetime for Picton is generally later on in the fall/early winter.

My 2 cents
Good Luck!!!
