Hey guys, looking for a little bit of help. I would like to go out and target walleye this week in my 14 foot boat. My father in-law is down from Sault Ste Marie and wants me to take him walleye fishing. If anyone can tell me a location, time of day, and possible patterns, it would be greatly appreciated. I am not looking for trophies, just eaters, and maybe even a pike or two. I am in Belleville, and don't mind driving a little bit to get out on the bay.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks again guys!
Brad

You should trade fishing trips with him. Just north of the soo around the searchmont rd is some of the best brookie fishing I have ever experienced.

You are right about the brookies! It would be nothing to go out and get a 4lbs. brookie just trolling a worm harness. All of the small lakes north of Ranger Lake are outstanding. Not to mention the Lake trout fishing on Ranger is great too!! I used to live there, was definetly spoiled when I lived there. But not as spoiled as I was when I lived in Dryden, man Lac Seul is absolutely amazing!!! This is tough fishing here compared to what you could do there!
