I installed my vhf radio and connected in to my Humminbird GPS this week and just completed my VHF Radio Operators Course in Kingston tonight. Hopefully getting a kicker motor for the boat this coming week. Then I'll be all set for the big water and any potential problems.

A VHF radio is a GOOD thing to have on the boat.

Many fall fishers are on Channel 71 - listen to the chatter, especially the weekends.

That's great Jim. I'm going to pickup my VHF tomorrow and I'm on the list for a ROC course in the spring.
