Quinte Fishing

Made it out today for a few hours trollign east of the ferry. Managed 1 walleye, 8lbs 9.5oz, and two sheepshead, biggest one was 10lbs4oz. Walleye hit a purple cotton cordell.

Didn't mark too many fish so hopefully it won't be too long before they really start coming in. How did everyone else do?

I heard the some fish were in but not deep. They were mostly cruising the shore and weed lines... i went out yesterday for bit and got a 7lber in 10' just off weeds on a black/silver wally diver. Windy as hell though.

Has anyone been cranking the shores and can report? most boats seem to be fishing deep limited results.

I will be out tomorrow cranking along the south Shore from East to West of the Ferry and will report.

We went 5 for 8 on Sat. About 4-9# fish in about 120-150 foot of water, trolling cranks. No real hot lure. East of Ferry
