Got out around 8 this morning, headed East and didn't hit a fish in about 4 hours or so. Went from Keiths quite a ways down toward the Gap. Nothing. Marked fish in the 100 fow, mostly suspended about 60 or 70, but no fish to show for it. Ran into to Bay and trolled around Thompsons for a bit. Got about a 9 pound sheep, but no eyes. Tough day for my boat out there, hopefully someone was hitting them. Didn't see any caught from boats around us though.

ended up going smallie fishing, after about 2 hours of trolling.

Damn firenut were you trolling for salmon? Just so u know speed doesnt have a lot to do with lure depth. You probably didnt get a foot deeper. I know at times that speed will work but thats a lil too fast if u are talking mph. Shoot more for 1.5- 2.
