I saw superdads picture of the ice but one still has a little hope that the rain and wind we are going to have over the next few days will open things up near the ferry. So if anyones out and about down there please let us know if their is any chance of putting the boats in again. Finally got a day off and Sunday would be possible if it opens back up.
Thanks in advance if anyone replies.

Just called the Glenora Ferry and they tell me that it is open water all the way to the cement plant. The launch is icy with only some ice chunks floating around, but he suggested that with tonight's low temps, it may close over. Let's hope the wind keeps up and keeps it open!

What a GREAT Idea, call the Ferry and ask them the conditions.

If quintefishing.com could get one of the ferry people to post their observations, we'd be in 7th heaven.

Just a thought. Does any one know anyone on board the ferry?
