As a kid, I remember pike fishing the twin tunnels outside Belleville. When the tide would come in, the road would be flooded and pike would follow my Uncles jeep as we left.

This made me think of that...

lol..last yr right across the lake in the salmon river the same thing took place.. river got really flooded aand fish were in the parking lots of paluski (sp).. many were stranded back in the woods as water level went down

When I lived in Victoria it happened alot at Goldstream Park, heavy rains would flood the river and the salmon would cross the road to the ditch, when the river receded the salmon would die off, what a smell....lol
