Since the weather is going to be so mild for the upcoming week I'm thinking about heading to the Deseronto area on saturday however was wondering if anyone knows of any place that might be still or will be renting boats this coming saturday ?
Anby info would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

cheers,
Gman.

Gman i think you are to late to think about a rental. The only place i can think of close to deseronto is Mohawk Bay Park. I believe they are closed for the winter....Larry

You might try the Deseronto Marina.

It might be too late for this year.

I was hoping for ice fishing but this will have to wait a week or two.

Bye George

gman,

You might want to try Kevin at Merland Park - I saw him on the water Monday in one of his rentals. He had trailered it to the Adolphustown ramp. If the price is right he might set you up with the same...

Called there a few minutes ago and spoke with Kevin. Says his one boat is already spoken for however the people who rented it have not confirmed yet. Took my info and agreed we would touch base Friday around noon. He might even put a boat in for me as I'm willing to bring my own motor.
He was out this morning and caught 8 I think he said. They're basically hitting on anything.
The weather looks like it maybe half decent - High of 7 degrees low of -1 with a chance of light rain.
I will keep all posted if I manage to secure a boat.
Thanks for all the help guys.
