The ice is pretty good at potters about 6 to 8 inches,However the fishing has not been that good as of late, But you never know good luck and tight lines.

The ice was great at Potters, too bad the fishing wasn't the same! Although the guides were out in full force with several clients, so there must be fish, unless this is the only safe ice on the Bay.

I'm thinking about taking my son out Saturday morning. Is the ice conditions safe enough to bring him out or should i not risk it. Just wondering other people opinions on this. I am gonna come out and fish myself friday night and check conditions myself as well.
