Just returned home from a weekend at Baycrest Lodge. Unfortunately, nothing to report. 4 guys fishing for a day and a half, (Saturday dark till dark,) and not 1 fish. Also 4 other guys with us kinda fishing at random times. Only marked a couple of fish on the flasher the whole time I was out. (By the way, this not a cheap shot at Baycrest, just trying to give location!!!!) Cottages were awesome, huts a little small for a 4 man. I'd call them 2 man. 10" of ice where we were, and sleds and ATV's all around. Anyways, a good time was had by all even with no fish being caught. Was just nice to have safe ice under our feet.
Also, the cottage beside us had 12 guys fishing for 3 days, and they caught 5 Walleye. Makes me not feel so bad about the SKUNK!!!!!!
