Quinte Fishing

I was out last night from 4:15 till 5:10 caught one eye and lost one. could not stay long I had the young lad with me and he was getten cold. Did not mark any fish on the Vex untill fish o'clock. Bite was ultra light had to pay close attention. I will not be out now untill the weekend. good luck

Just some trivia about Consecon Lk. (was a long time ago....I believe this is the PE County lake). This was stocked by MNR with kokanee in the 1950's (inland "dwarf" salmon native to the Pacific inland watershed).

I'm from Pennsylvania,and I would like to know when the ice fishing is hot, because I would like to come up for a couple of days. I will need a guide if you know of someone also.
