I have used it for ice fishing and bass fishing. Both have been rather impressive in my opinion, in simply assisting with catching more.

I belive in it, so naturaly it works for me, all of the berkly power baits kick butt as well.

If your using it as worm replacement, just change out the treble for a standard style hook.

have seen this done on crank baits as well, commonly done on top water baits with a worm, so it looks like a tail and adds attractent, diffently works. (thats more so for bass)

When using a jig, Gulp is at the working end of it. I rarely use worms and never use minnows anymore since discovering Gulp.

On a worm harness I'll put a live worm on, then I'll put a Gulp Alive or Trigger X leech on the back hook. Works pretty good for me, and helps keep the perch from stealing your worm, so you're not going through 2 dozen worms in a couple of hours. I also use the same leeches on a Lindy Rig. I don't jig much, but I'm sure the leeches would work good on a jighead too.

Good Luck

I used gulp quite a bit but mostly for bass. Have used the leeches and nightcrawlers on jigs and worm harnesses for eyes too. Always remember to take it off the hook when done fishing, those damn things turn into rocks when they dry out.

I love the Gulp on a bucktail jig. The Walleye and Bass just love it. They really do hang on longer. I use both the leeches and the minnows. It's the only product I use now, no more worm goup in my boat and the fish love it. When I rig it on a bucktail I just insert the hook through the snout and it gives it more action than running the hook through the body of the bait. You loose a few on the little guys but it is worth it.
