its funny to here that people were trolling slow,we were trolling at 1.8 to 2.0 and were getting nothing.my brother passed us at around 2.2 to 2.5 and was hammering them so we sped up and got more fish. the speeds were from my navionics on my i phone so they might not be accurate and all of our fish were caught in 8 to 12 ft of water (43 eyes) what did you guys find was the right speed?

I fished pretty much the same as every year 1-1.5 mph (the seemed to like it close to 1) and in 18-20' of water and it was working good. It depends where you are fishing though as there are so many different parts to the bay where different patterns may be playing out. In the end do whatever the fish tell you :)

Note that if you are talking km/h that is equal to around 1.4mph which is not particularly fast...

The fish in the shallower water must have been aggressive :)
