I saw a post about ice???? Frozen wawa?? Solid dihyrogen monoxide?? Cold, slippy-slidy stuff?

What's with this guy? He's probably one of those guys that doesn't have the things he desires NOW in life, but has already prepaid for his damned funeral! I don't want to see any more of these posts. Dan, do something. Don't make me come looking for you. I find this type of talk to be very upsetting and I don't have another therapy session until next month.

Ice is for drinks. Ice is also good for shins when you walk around the back of your truck when you're all wrecked and nail your trailer hitch. Ice is good for keeping meat cold. Ice is great for keeping beer cold. Talking about ice in September, October, November, and even December is not only irritating, but downright obnoxious. Ice makes boats useless. Ice is bad, ice is evil and ice stays around way, way, way too long. People travel to other parts of the world to get away from ice (except for in their drinks). Don't talk about ice. It's not nice. Stop it. I mean it. Stop it.

Ice is for drinks, that's all there is to it.

Hey Mux, you forgot a couple.

Ice is good for tow trucks, body shops, county road crews (like Walleye Wizard), and transmission shops.

i think in this province we are blessed to have such magnitude.

ice fisherman in december/january/february have the haliburtons, eastern ontario (above highway 7), and of course, parry sound and north from there.

if you look at the province, percentage wise, i'd say that is well over 70% of the province.

if the water south of the 401 never ever froze, I would be the happiest camper.

the ice fisherman could still go carve their holes and jig up and down, then the open water fisherman could continue to troll, cast, and cover water....

oh to dream.

Anyone can troll and catch fish. Icefishing separates the men from the boys.
