No fish to report, got skunked  But, for those looking for details on the conditions:

We fished 4 rods in a bumpy and windy Adolphus reach today 7am-12:30pm. Fished 30 feet down with bannana body baits of all kinds and spoons on dipsies. Fished 50-90 fow and marked lots of bait and several large fish, no takers. Water temp was avg. 53 degrees. Saw 1 boat net a 5-6lbr, and talked to a guy at the launch that got one one a worm harness west of the ferry. There was a fair amount of boats out there.

Had a bad exerience at the launch/parking - to the guy driving the red F150 and green Lund - you're a tool! :x

Will be back at it tommorow, report to follow :)

Thanks DL for your report. Has to turn on this week with the cool days and nights. Hopefully others will post about their success or failures. Dave

I've got a red F-150 and Green Lund. Which launch were you at?

I don't recall us having any problems or being a "tool"

We launched at 10 am and were off by 4:30 at Glenora.

I probably shouldn't have said anything, but this was the dumbest thing I've seen at a launch and just plain rude. It was an excercise in restraint for our party

We were at the launch at the same time as you and yes the parking spot move was classic tool move for sure

No the Glenora Ferry launch.

I think I know what you are talking about. There was a guy that double parked in front of the 3 spots at the ferry. I parked up the street and my f150 is a 96. That was an 11 or 12.

Bit of a dick move. Hope you got out ok.

What was the condition of the Adolphustown ferry launch like? I will be heading down in 2 weeks and would prefer to launch there.

Thanks,

JimW

It is the Glenora Ferry. Run's from the Picton side to the Adolphustown side. There is a boat launch on the Adolphustown side...

That's kinda what I thought. The boys got me confused when they said Adolphus Ferry and Glenora Ferry. Thought there was something new I was missing LOL.... Although I did not know there was a launch on the Adolphus side.

Glenora marina is on the west side, not quite to the ferry.

We where out about the same time, 8am till soonish and we're skunked also, seen a guy catch a decent pike at the mouth of hay bay, it was pretty crowded there, although walleye fishing in a bass boat isn't much good every one seems to troll ,not quite set up for that,oh well couldn't even catch a bass, but it's always fun :D
