Short Version: Skunked, f@$#ing walleye!

Longer Version: It was cold and I was skunked. Went East of the ferry, started around keiths, marked tons and there were a number of boats in the area. Didn't see any nets go in the water on other boats, but hopefully someone got into them. Since the bite wasn't happening for us, pulled the lines and fired down to the bat cave. No boats around and no fish on the graph. Didn't stick around long, and headed back up towards keiths and the ferry to at least have the "excitement" of seeing marks on the graph to boost your spirits. About 4.5 hours of fishing, tried a variety of lures, but to no avail, again. Water temps were 50-51 around the ferry and Keiths but I was getting 53 down by the bat cave. If anyone needs a list of lures not to use on Quinte just send me a pm :)

We were there thursday, friday & saturday. Thursday & friday were good days fishing, but when saturday rolled around & boat traffic increased, fishing slows down. Same thing happens on the Ottawa river at home.
