I have been looking for a drift sock for my 17 foot lund, but haven't had any luck. Is there anyone out there that knows where I can by one in Canada, preferably Ontario, before I order one from the states. Need it to slow the lund down to good trolling speeed. Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks Go Fish.

P.S It was good to meet Hay Bay Larry at the Belleville Show!!!

Quinte Outdoor had 'em....do yourself a favour and pick up a stainless swivel attachment to put on the end of the attaching rope....they all like to twist around when they're down there

Try any supplier of Minn Kota products. They can get them.
I have a 1775 Lund Pro-V and I picked up (2) Drift Master
bags 8 years ago at LeBarons. They work great. They have
floats on the top and lead weights on the bottom. They do no
spin at all. They were pricy at the time, $60 ea I think.
The socks are great for drift fishing or trolling with a bid engine.

Order one from Cabela's.

Just remember that any drift sock you buy, make sure it's got a float on the line (or you might end up buying more than one, much like myself).

Can't beat 'em for boat control, or even for slowing down a troll.

Barclays in Oshawa had drift socks last summer. I bought one for my 16 ft. Think I paid around $60.00 for it. Works well.

I bought one from Paddletale's last year. They are just south of Ottawa.

I have seen them this spring at Canadian Tire made by Minn Kota, i think it was around $35.00. I don't know if all the stores are carrying them but the store in Barrie on Molson park is where i saw this one.

You can get them at walmart for about $30. I picked up a couple . They're made by MinnKota. Two off the side of my 16' slows you down to a crawl. perfect

Tight lines!
