I finally got out today for a bit to fish the upper Bay, didn't have enough time to head to Picton. Water temp was 40 F and cooling off nicely. Unfortunately, no fish whatsoever other than a couple of small perch. I really worked the bay bridge over and down through Cow island but didn't see or mark anything ! Usually at this time of year there are schools of Perch around the bay bridge, but i didn't see anything on the sonar. Usually theres lots of bait this time of year around that area, but nothing. I talked to one guy who said he caught 2 small ones, but nothing else.

The boat launch at the end of George/Church street is good to launch though. They have a narrow channel marked to follow out as well. I got my 18' ranger in there no problem.

Hopefully someone is having some better luck
