Just a quick (and first!) fish report :D

Launched a bit late this morning out of Picton Harbour and trolled Picton Bay with Husky Jerks until 11am with no luck. Decided to head to Glenora to have a look...lots of boats between the Ferry and Keith's Shoal so I set 2 lines, both with TDD 11s. Water temp in the Reach was 49 deg versus 44 in Picton Harbour. After an hour or so, my left board goes off and am fortunate to land a nice 3lb eater...into the livewell. Reset the line and half an hour later the same board really takes off and after several minutes I finally have a very nice walter next to the boat and realized my nets too small 8O . She's hooked well enough that I hand land 'er and realize it's my PB at 11.5lbs!! Took a quick pic with my iphone (haven't figured out how to attach it here yet) and set her free. Fished for another hour or two without takers but basked in the beautiful day and my good fortune!
Trolling in 75-90ft of water, marking tons of fish from 20' to bottom...1.8-2.0mph with both fish caught on green/white TDD11s, 120ft behind my boards.

Thanks to the QFB for all the great tips and hope to post more in the future.
Off to the tackle shop tomorrow to find a suitable sized Quinte landing net
