Wondering if anyone can help me....I know I can just go to the Service Ontario Kiosk to this, but...hate lineups!

So my fishing/hunting Outdoors Card is about to expire at the end of December. I was told by the lady at the Service Ontario Kiosk in September that I could just do it online....so now, the panic is on....I tried to do it, and it won't let me renew the card. All I get is the option to buy a small games licence or moose draw ticket. I can't add the outdoors card to my cart.

Anyone experience the same thing? I am starting to get pissed!

From what I see on another forum the Outdoor card will not be available to renew until Dec.1st.

Hey Batman, just tried the link....exact same thing. Asks me for my current outdoors card number, and then asks me to adjust my personal information where needed. Then took me to the same page as before....moose or small games. Maybe I have to wait until Dec. 1st. I could wait until it expires on December 31st- but then you have to pay for a temporary, don't you? I did before.

I didn't have to pay for a temporary when I did mine. I did it online this year on jan 2nd

I believe when you renew it you can print off a temperary licence page until the card arrives.

I thought I read the Govt shut down the kiosk as they were comprimised and not safe with CC numbers, etc.

I had the same problem so I called the Ministry they told me you couldn't renew till November 26, you can't do it before this date.

Don't fret, you will be able to renew in plenty of time. No you can't renew just yet. (I am a licence issuer in my store) you can do it from the comfort of your own home, pay by CC and print off a temporary licence. You will receive on in the mail 4-6 weeks. Or just go into your local shop.. Canadian Tire usually does it, pay at the shop and they will print out your temp card, yours will arrive by mail 4-6 weeks later. I wouldn't go to service Ontario, unless it is a full serve branch they will not do the OD card renewal. But not till December..
