I,m confused about the boundries for this derby. Is it all of area 8 ? Help

Location: Hay Bay- BOQ , Kingston
Looks like Zone 8 is the area allowed to be fished, cept that area north of Belleville.

Looks like the water east of the Glenora Ferry is also eligible.

That may need some clarifying.
