Quinte Fishing

Laker John and I were feeeling a tad stir-crazy and hit the road this morning to have a look at the launch ramps. Finkles is all set to go, doesn't look like anyone has used it lately. No trailers there.

The ferry ramp is in good shape - no trailers there.

Saw two boats out - one off the lighthouse in the middle and one about 3/4 mile east of the ferry on the south side. See if we get reports.

Hey Dave, Ken here. How about the conservation ramp on the east shore of Picton Bay. I think I could get my little boat in there if there was no shore ice. I would surely like to make one more trip. We are still doing very well down here on Oeinda Lake, of course they are not the big ones like the Bay gives up. Take care and all of my northern friends have a very Merry Christmas ad a Happy New Year.
