I was wondering if anyone knows about some good spots to try for Channel cats in the area and wouldn't mind sharing some info .
Shore fishing is preferred , but I will use a boat if necessary .
Any info would be a help and greatly appreciated .

Some of the places I have caught cats are; the south channel of the bay bridge in belleville and the deep hole that stretches from rush bar to the east section of Massassaguga conservation area. Jigs tipped with bait put right on bottom. This last spot has produced some cats up to 12 lbs with the best action in late fall. Hope this helps.

Don,

In an issue of Ont Out-of-Doors last year, they mentioned the Napanee River as one of the Provinces premier places.

You might need a boat
