fished out of Picton harbor Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We didn't set any records for hours spent in the boat as the wife was with me and the sun woudn't shine. Went out Saturday 8 AM to 1 PM in Hay Bay. 1 walleye just under the slot and a handfull of eater perch. Got the walleye in front of the old resort on the south side of Hay Bay past Ram Island.
Sunday same hours, got 2 keepers and a handful of larger perch. All keepers takes over 22 ft of water west of Ram Island. Monday tried Hay Bay, then Glen Island. Marked lots of fish off Glen Island but no biters. One boat had 1 large. All walleye caught on home made worm harness, chartreuse beads and willow blade. Said hi to Lew and Diplip Sat. morning. Hope you all had a productive weekend. " When the rain comes through the floorboards, I can stand a little sun".

Fished Friday, Saturday, and Sunday lots of walleye each day returned to the water. Did keep several under 19" and one over 25" just to get a feed. Very frustrating to continually throw 20" and 21" back and keep one over 25" but that is the rules for now. Did express that to MNR on Friday they said that possibly changes would be made, but not now as the season has started. Have heard since they are looking at one over 25" and 3 under 25". Hope this is true, but will believe when I see it. Did most of our fishing all three days Sherman's Point down the reach about a mile, caught all fish wish with various colors deep diver shad raps off the planer boards.
