OMG>>>>> so our 2nd son was born 22 days ago, and the first newfie family has made it out to visit!!! :P must say that "fresh" frozen cod beats anything i've caught fresh here in ontario. its sizzilin' right now... pics to come :) hey randy... enough for a fry tomorrow... pop on by if ya get this b4 noon tomorrow :D

Congrats on the new arrival..
As for Newfie food I get my fish cakes every couple of months and I'm good. Going home this summer so I can raid my Uncles freezer (he cuts meat in Deerlake), cousin got his guide licence so Looks like fresh salmon as well... Yummmmy....

thanks bud.. :) our nan and pop live in Bishop's Falls and live right on the Exploits River.. but we need out tags there. i couldn't believe the fish runs up around the hydro dams and such... i wanna go check out the muskrat falls project and see the river down stream from the dam there 8O man do i miss moose burgers and sausage.. cod and salmon.. muscles and lobster and all the little things from the rock we gotta head home soon with the babies so maybe i'll have a report from the east coast soon
