There is a small public boat launch about half way up Hay Bay on the south side.

No boat launch at church, your dreaming, musy be thinking of some other place, better yet you don't want to fish South Shore of Hay bay, no fish there either. Go fish Picton bay or up near Des or Belleville, much better fishing there...lol

There is another 'launch' on the south side of Hay Bay west of the church. It might be near the end of Staples??? There is a small park there and a ramp that is suitable for 4x4 and lighter boats (tinnies). No good for bigger boats. The only reason I think it should be listed is that it offers a very sheltered spot for smaller boats wanting to access Shermans or the south shore. I think this would be a very quiet launch during busy times also (anything over a 14' tiller wouldn't want to use it!).

Thanks for you effort

Now your mission if you choose to accept is GPS coordinates and a description of each launch (steepness, bottom, depth, parking
,cost ).This message will self destruct in a year or so.

Possibly a database that could be edited by some of your long term members.
