Hi. I have never fished with minnows and am wondering about the best way to hook em. I have heard that you need to keep them alive and wiggling and dont know how. Thanks in advance.

There are many ways to hook minnows.
One way is through the lips. This allows the minnow to swim naturally and won't harm them. Another way is through the tail it also keeps them alive with an erratic action.
You can also hook through the dorsal fin-just through the skin so you don't damage them. Again an erratic action from the minnow.
Many options try them all to see which works best for you....Larry
