Hey guys....I'm trying to plan my trip down for the fall, and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the launches at Finkle Park and the Ferry are like. (16 footer) Also, does anyone know if there are any hotels in or around Bath??

Thanks
Tom

Both launches are great. Will be launching my 23' tomorrow at finkles. As far as hotels. Closest are in Napanee if you are launching at finkles or picton if you launch at Glenora.

Only thing to keep in mind is when launching at finkles, to get to Adolphus reach you have to cross the gap which in a 16' can be messy. It is wide open to the south and exposed to any s/sw winds off Lake Ontario.

Thanks for the launch info Big Mac. I'll most likely be staying in Napanee, so just wanted to give myself a few options for launching according to weather/wind. The last 3-4 years I stayed at Merland Park for the fall run, so I just launched out from there, but then I'm limited to where I can fish if the wind is up. I figure if I stay in Napanee, I have 3 launches to choose from within decent driving distance, and can cover a big area by land instead of by water.
