Just north of Sydenham. Anyone ever fish this lake for pike before. I have caught a ton of Bass and some real nice trout and crappies. Have been told there's pike but can't seem to find them. Lake is very clear and deep and no many weeds. I usually fish deep on lakes like this but have yet to find any toothy critters at all. Don't want your hot spot just a direction. PM me if you would like.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,

Chris

I've fished Knowlton and never heard of or seen a pike.

I'd be interested in a confirmation that they're there...

Cheers

we did catch one 5lber through the ice last winter. But they are nowhere to be found in the summer. They must go deep. I have caught in other deep clear lakes fishing for trout, pike down to 80' on steel wire or a down rigger and most of the fish caught that deep seem to be over 10lbs, but was trolling deep diving stick baits and spoons and didn't have any luck. I know they are there just don't know how to catch them in that lake.

Don't mean to hijack the post but I've been wanting to try this lake for bass. Where is the best access point?

Nice "little" lake spring fed and clear with a fair population of bass both buckets and bronze, hope you practice live release as it wouldn't take too much to dwindle the numbers.
Have fun!
