Here we go again anglers and friends. This is open to all who are willing to have fun. Join us for a day of fishing and friends. Team LambShark will once again be in. It's a great way to kick off the fall walleye season. Those who fished it last year know that we all went to a local watering hole after the event and shared laughs and knowledge. The winners also graced us with pitchers of beer. It was a good time. I hope we have a great turn out once again- read the updated rules thread

1. This will take place Saturday October 26th . sign up starting at 5am-6:15 leave docks at 6:30am, must be back into docks by 3 pm. A one point per minute penalty for every minute a team is not docked and ready to be weighed. DQafter 3:05 pm

2. All boats must leave and return out of the marina in Picton.

3. This is a fun event and a chance to meet members of the site.

4. Scoring will be based on each boats 3 best fish. You may only have 3 sheephead (freshwater drum) in your boat when coming to the weigh in. Do not have more than 3 sheep in your boat. You will receive 1 pt per pound as well as 5 points per fish. For example if you had 3 and the total weight was 20lbs, you would have a score of 35 points. If you had 2 fish for a total weight of 17lbs your score would be 27 points. Ties will be determined by a coin flip. Just remain at your boat and the fish will be weighed in at your boat.

5. Live Release is encouraged so please treat the fish as the sportsman that we all are. We dont want floating fish in the harbor

6. The cost will be just 30 dollars per boat as this is more of a bragging rights than a get rich tourney. There will also be an optional 10 dollar largest fish calcutta

7. 1st place will receive half 50% of the pot, 2nd 30%, and 3rd 20%

8. I am also going to try to talk to The bar/restaurant in Bloomfield to see if we can all go down there for snacks and drinks after and basically get to know each other and have a fun time.

9. All MNR rules must be followed.

10. There is no limit to the amount of anglers per team but it must comply with all safety rules.

11. Every participant in this tournament enters at their own risk

In.

Scott I'm on the road for a couple days then off to St Lucia for our honeymoon.

Can you pencil us in again? Same cottage and same group of three.

Thanks!
Steve

Steve,

Thank you. Will do.

I booked a charter that weekend before I realized it was slam the lamb. I'll see you guys on the water though.
