Quinte Fishing

Trolled for 5 hours today from the Bat Cave to Keith’s Shoal and then later down to the ferry, marked a lot of nice fish. Lots of grass and weeds floating so you’re continuously reeling in and cleaning the lures. Tried all types and colors but no takers. Still too early I guess, winds were ok so though I’d give it a go and post a report. Day 1 for me of the Volunteer Angler Diary Program, big zero in the book…lol Hope you have better luck than me this weekend.
