well, i've been there twice, and we found pike pretty much anywhere...

find some wind swept shorelines, where the wind is hitting the shore hard.

this'll bring the perch in, and the pike will follow...

also dont discount night fishing....two nights ago i saw the biggest and lots of them, pike feeding on perch...1:30 am.

find water deeper than 5 feet, with weeds, and you'll be rocking.

sounds like a plan steve!!!!! thanks for the tip, i will let you know how i make out i was planning on heading to the bay this weekend but as you would have heard we just got hit hard with the flood in peterborough but i will make it some time soon i'm sure....arttie
