Was able to get out and fish my fishing bud 'Laker' - John. Launched at Shermans Ramp, after we spoke with John Uzick who had fished Fri/Sat & Sun. His words encouraged us to find the fish as they were biting.

We headed straight to Mallory and within five minutes of sending out the Orange Uzicks, we had three fish..........

We continued to fish and the final total for Mallory Bay was 8 fish, from 14-18 inches.

Over to Thompsons Cove where we were able to find a couple more - all on the Orange Uzick.

Made a pass at the flatrocks by Shermans and Carp Cove with nothing to show.

On the water at 0845 and off the water at 1400.

Good day with lots of action.

Will be off the water for a couple of weeks.

Only Two and a half months til Ocober - eh Kenny.

Tight Lines

Hey David,

glad to hear you also had luck. I kept an eye out for John Uzick but didn't make it to Thompson's & Sherman's area till around noon on Sunday. I guess he must've been at Mallory Bay. What're ya' talkin' about October already????? It's just started to get warm enough to put on the shorts in the last two weeks! By the way, thanks again for the help with the boat key! I now have two spares. I'll be sending you a PM later.

ciao for now
Ken
