My 1st trip this year to the beautiful BOQ,and a beautiful day it was. My fishing partner/wife is still in the tree stand so I had to come alone. I put in at priners and headed staight for Kieths shoal area. My 1st eye came at 9:05 it would top out at 11.5. That would be it until 4:00pm. I had trolled my way back to just east of the batcave, when the screen just lit up. I would catch 3 more in the next hour/dark. There were two over 7lbs and a 17" fish. Had planned to fish Sunday but the wind and the rain made me think there will be a better day. Getting soft in my old age.

Hey Dave and Pete, yes I will be back up several times hopefully before the hard water sets in. I'm looking at Wednesday and maybe Thursday if this wind ever lays down. Thanksgiving week looks good also, I should have my partner back by then, she got a nice 8 point Saturday. Hope to see guys on the water, good luck.
