I'm making new and improved Uzick spinners. I have the best prices and they work much better than the one's they're selling on this forum. Many people I know haven't been satisfied with the Uzick's they've purchased from people on this site. I have pics to show you and references from other fishermen...10lb + walleyes. Satisfaction guaranteed!!!

Drop me a line if you're interested. I live 10 minutes from the BoQ...i can meet at the boat ramp near Shermans.

I have used the uzick spinners for about a year and can attest to their great success. There is always room for improvement but the uzick has set the standard for all others to achieve. They are still working very well.

I make the uzicks and can say without a doubt they have made a remarkable difference for many people who fish the quinte and other areas. I also have a couple of people who aren't from the quinte area who have offered to do an infomercial for me!
As with any bait there is a preferred way of fishing any lure. I have outlined the way we fish the uzicks at the top of the discussion board under "uzicks". This has really increased the catch rate for many people. I also have many satisfied customers from Ontario,Quebec,PA and New York.
I stand behind my product and continue to sell many of these spinners locally and internationally. I too have many pics that show the lures work well.
In closing using the lure the way it was designed works very well and I believe will be used for many years to come....Hay Bay Larry

I would echo Hay Bay Larry comments on the effectiveness of the Uzick Spinner. The originator and I were talking last week and he continues to believe that this lure has been the key to his success in Hay Bay and area for over 20 years.

The fishers using the spinners that I make have all ensured me that they're quite happy with their results.

There's always room for improvements, however, nothing succeeds like success - hard to beat the original.

I have been using SteveOh's uzick spinners for 2 seasons. I have also used the original uzick. I must say that SteveOh's produce more fish on average and bigger. The blades he uses are diamond-shaped and a bit longer. The come in different sizes if you want. He also apples a metallic lacquer paint to both sides so they're brighter and don't dull with use. He also uses some really different colours that appear to be more effective. You can even swap the blades for other ones with his quick release system. If anyone wants so see and try these spinners, I'll be out on the BoQ Saturday and Sunday. I have a blue & silver Lund boat with a mercury motor. I usually wear a cowboy hat. I'll be with another person...you can't miss him...he's 6'7, 280lbs.

Jake

P.S. I use a live leech instead of a plastic and/or real worm. The pearch don't seem to touch them and the walleye love them.

I met up with Jake on Saturday along with his unassuming buddy (man is that guy huge!!!). He gave me a handful of spinners. What a difference. We fished all morning on Saturday...nothing. Uzikcs, Bakers Bait...nada! Using these new and improved spinners we caugfht 6 walleye on Saturday afternoon including one 27 incher. On Sunday, we landed a bunch, mostly on the yellow/orange combination. Mots were caught near Sherman's and a few at Thomspons Point. I suggest that everyone get thier hands on these spinners.

 Post subject: Great Spinners!

Thanks for the spinners SteveOh! Looks like you had a ton of fish in your livewell. These lures are great. Had to cut off my day on Saturday due to motor problems. Was back out on Sunday and caught more walleye than I've caught in the past 3 years. I can't believe how effective these spinners are. The perch don't seem to touch them buth the walleye and bass love them. The total take for the day: 16 walleye (7 slots), 1 27", 1 26" and the rest between 19" - 24". We also landed 4 LM bass including a 6lb lunker.

Thanks again!
